Renters Warehouse recently changed the Owners Portal for statements etc. I never got the invitation to set up an account with Renosy.
I called a total of 4 times. Finally Rhino suggested to try sending the invitation email to an alternate email account.
Low and Behold I have access in a matter of minutes.
Rhino is a great phone rep for your company. I worked in and managed call centers and must say he's friendly and knowledgeable.
Give him a raise.
